Today’s Dariano v. Morgan Hill Unified School Dist. (9th Cir. Feb. 27, 2014) upholds a California high school’s decision to forbid students from wearing American flag T-shirts on Cinco de Mayo.

That's right -- we now live in a country where our own flag can be considered "a substantial disruption of or material interference with school activities" and be prohibited on a public school campus, while another nation's flag (Mexico's) can be paraded, hoisted, saluted and celebrated.
